Established in Chicago 1938, the Sparrer Sausage Company has been a purveyor of quality products for more than half a century. Serving chain and independent grocers, retail and food service distributors, fund raising organizations, and the specialty trade is our primary business on a nationwide bases.

Built on the foundation of superb, high-quality sausage products, most Sparrer products are distributed under the Sparrer name. However, we do have the processing and packaging capabilities to design both private label and specialty product runs.

A lot has changed in the sausage business over the years, but there are some things at Sparrer that we're always going to keep. One of them is a stubborn commitment to tradition. Because while it's true we have modernized and computerized our processing systems, we still have some of the old-fashioned ideas about what makes great sausage.
